As a Sales & Service Representative, you'll be more than the person answering the phone—you'll become a trusted resource for chiropractors and healthcare professionals. Whether you're helping a customer place an order, solving a problem, or introducing them to a product that can improve patient outcomes, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding customer experience. What You'll Do

Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals through exceptional customer service.
Educate customers on Foot Levelers' products, technologies, and services.
Process customer orders accurately while ensuring a seamless experience.
Listen carefully to understand customer needs and recommend solutions that help their practices and patients.
Resolve customer questions with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on first-call resolution.
Achieve sales and service goals while always putting the customer first.
Collaborate with teammates and other departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Continue learning through ongoing product training and professional development.
