Adventure Ready Brands is looking for a driven, ambitious Sales Representative who is ready to take on greater responsibility, make an impact, and grow with a growing company.

This is an early-career opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of sales experience who wants more ownership and the opportunity to make a bigger impact. You’ll build and grow customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with our sales leadership team to deliver results.

What You’ll Do

Own and grow sales within an assigned territory and portfolio of accounts.
Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand sales and product assortment.
Develop new business and pursue opportunities with new and existing customers.
Build and execute account plans to achieve sales and margin goals.
Partner with customers, Rep Groups, and internal teams to execute sales strategies.
Monitor account performance, forecast sales, and use data to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
Take ownership of customer needs, solve problems, and follow through to deliver results.
Travel to customer meetings, trade shows, Rep Group meetings, and other sales activities.

In addition:

1–3 years of sales experience; B2B, consumer products, retail, or CPG preferred.
A track record of achieving goals or measurable results.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative.
Curious, coachable, and eager to learn.
Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Ability to travel approximately 40–50%.
