About the PositionKing’s Cleaning Services is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help us grow our commercial cleaning business throughout Los Angeles and the Antelope Valley.

This is a 100% commission-based sales opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and securing new business. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers, and motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for commercial cleaning services.
• Prospect businesses, property managers, facility managers, building owners, and other potential commercial clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and decision-makers.
• Contact and qualify potential commercial clients.
• Present King’s Cleaning Services and our commercial cleaning solutions to prospective clients.
• Schedule and participate in client consultations and property walkthroughs.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with management on proposals, estimates, and pricing as needed.
• Secure new commercial cleaning contracts.
• Assist with transitioning newly acquired clients to the operations team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Work toward established sales and new-contract goals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, business development, lead generation, or customer service experience preferred.
• B2B or commercial sales experience is a plus.
• Experience selling cleaning, janitorial, facilities, or other recurring business services is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional when communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple prospects and opportunities.
• Comfortable learning about and presenting commercial cleaning services.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Los Angeles preferred.

Compensation
100% Commission-Based

Earn 5% commission on collected revenue from new recurring commercial cleaning contracts, with the opportunity to earn more as you secure larger and additional accounts.

No hourly wage or salary. Additional commission details will be discussed during the hiring process.
