We are seeking motivated, competitive, and growth-driven individuals to join our summer sales team as Route Managers in Houston.

Position Overview

As a Sales Representative/Route Manager, you will be responsible for generating new residential pest control accounts through door-to-door sales. This is a high-energy, performance-based role designed for individuals who want to maximize their earning potential, develop elite sales skills, and build lasting character.

Compensation & Incentives

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $40,000–$60,000 (commission-based)
• $20,000 bonus for selling 200 accounts
• Fully furnished housing provided for the summer

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new customers through door-to-door outreach
• Educate homeowners on the value of Moxie’s pest control services
• Close sales and manage customer accounts
• Maintain a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
