What You’ll Do

Build Relationships

·      Welcome every member and guest with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality.

·      Create memorable first impressions that make people excited to return.

·      Develop lasting relationships with members and become part of their fitness journey.

Grow Our Community

·      Introduce prospective members to the Orangetheory experience.

·      Recommend membership options based on each person’s goals.

·      Follow up with leads through phone, text, and email.

·      Help achieve studio membership and retention goals through exceptional service.

Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience

·      Ensure every visit feels welcoming, professional, and personal.

·      Answer questions and resolve concerns with confidence and care.

·      Celebrate member milestones and accomplishments.

·      Partner with coaches to deliver an outstanding onboarding experience.

Keep the Studio Running Smoothly

·      Maintain accurate member records using Orangetheory systems.

·      Assist with opening and closing procedures.

·      Keep the lobby and studio clean, organized, and presentation-ready.

·      Support daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment.

Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We can teach sales—we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to grow.

Available Schedule

Part-Time Position

Mid/Evening Shift

Monday: OFF

Tuesday: 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Thursday: 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Friday: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM

2 Weekend Days Per Month: either Saturday or Sunday
