What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals every day.
Desk deals while maximizing front-end gross and customer satisfaction.
Conduct daily sales meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Work side-by-side with your salespeople to help close deals.
Hold the team accountable to phone calls, appointments, follow-up, and sales process.
Monitor CRM activity and ensure every customer receives world-class communication.
Recruit, interview, and develop future top performers.
Build a culture centered around urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Must have a strong background in automotive sales
5 years minimum sales experience required
Steady work and performance history
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through

Automotive Sales Manager - Education and/or Experience

Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
