Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for lead development, qualifying new opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle for AutoStore projects. They will collaborate with internal teams to create optimal solutions, negotiate contracts, and maintain client relationships throughout the project realization phase.

Kardex AutoStore is a global leader in high-speed Automatic Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS)—boosting storage capacity by up to four times. We are excited to expand our presence in Canada. That is why we are looking for a Sales Manager to join us on this growth journey. With business already established in this area, you will be starting from a strong foundation—building on existing momentum while unlocking new opportunities for growth.
We have in Wexford, US a Kardex office, while you will be allowed to work smart across Canada and do customer visits.
Your mission in this role: Sales of AutoStore solutions - lead the sales phase from lead handover until contract
Your tasks
Success in the role comes from candidates that are dedicated to the following:
- Works as the voice of the client while working with our internal team and works as the voice of the internal team while interacting with the client. Works well with others!
- Diligent to a sales process and ensures all interactions with the client are tracked in Salesforce, not because the company says so, but because the person sees the value in the process!
- Dedicated to the negotiation process with the client to ensure that all parties are setup for project success.
- Agrees that a standard solution more often than not meets the needs of our clients and custom/complex solutions should be the outlier, not the norm.
- Close deals!! It’s easy to dabble in a sales process, but closing deal is more fun and drives our growth.
Additional responsibilities:
- Assists in development of standard solutions, sales tools and processes that serve our clients better
- Keeps an “ear to the ground” on the industry to help navigate the company on industry trends
This person is highly motivated to work in a startup environment and is open for a wide range of tasks at different locations.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar field preferred. Candidates with other degrees or no degree will be evaluated according to previous industry experience.
- Profund experience with sales and consulting and/or design engineering in the intralogistics industry.
- Proven portfolio of sold projects within the intralogistics industry
- Experience with sales, consulting, project and team management
- A solid track record in sales within intralogistics, ideally with experience in automation
- The confidence to manage the full sales cycle and lead complex projects from start to finish
- Native in English and French speaker
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to keep everything on track
- The flexibility to travel and stay overnight when needed—because building strong relationships sometimes means being there in person
