Sales Leadership & Development (Remote)
Fisher Organization is seeking driven individuals interested in building a career in sales, leadership, and management. This is a remote opportunity with structured training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement based on performance.
With over 70 years of experience, we believe in developing talent and promoting from within. We work primarily with union members and working families, providing supplemental benefit programs designed to help protect the people we serve.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Learn proven sales and communication strategies through training and coaching.
- Work toward individual and team performance goals.
- Participate in leadership development and professional training.
- Develop skills in sales, communication, coaching, and team leadership.
- Take on increased responsibility as you grow within the organization.
