What You’ll Do as a Sales Inspector

Conduct in-home inspections to diagnose homeowner concerns.
Present customized repair solutions and explain recommended services.
Follow up with customers and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
Build strong relationships through honesty, professionalism, and follow-through.

Compensation

Earning potential: $100,000-$200,000+ per year

50% of our inspectors earn over $100k within their first year
Top performers exceed $150k annually
Uncapped commission structure + base pay during training

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of experience in sales, construction, or customer service (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and dependable with a team-focused mindset
Comfortable working in crawlspaces or basements
Driven by results and committed to providing exceptional service
