Job Title: Retail Sales Guide
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers in finding products, handle sales transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
We are looking for a candidate that can work Thursday through Sunday.
Part Time Positions Available
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs

Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems (cash, credit, returns, exchanges)

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays

Replenish and restock merchandise as needed

Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively

Support store operations including opening, closing, and inventory control

Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience (a plus, but not always required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic math and computer skills

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Shooting, hunting, and/or fishing experience preferred but not always required

Willingness to learn and become knowledgeable on our products and services
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods

Lift up to 30–50 lbs

Bend, reach, and move around the sales floor
