The Opportunity 

We are hiring a U.S based enterprise seller to help build Ithina’s retail business in the United States. This is a full-cycle, new-logo role for someone who can open relationships with mid-market and enterprise retailers, lead complex sales across business and technical stakeholders, and help shape how Ithina takes a new category to market. 

You will work directly with leadership and partner closely with solutions, product, marketing, finance, and customer success. The right person wants meaningful ownership and is comfortable building the playbook while executing it. 

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.  

• Develop and grow relationships with retail executives across Operations, Merchandising, Pricing, Digital, IT and the C-suite.  

• Position Ithina's AI platform around measurable business outcomes, including pricing accuracy, inventory optimization, promotional execution and operational efficiency.  

• Build and manage a healthy pipeline, strategic account plans and accurate sales forecasts.  

• Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver winning customer solutions.  
• Represent Ithina at customer meetings and key retail industry events.  

🎯 What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience selling SaaS, AI, Retail Technology, IoT, or Enterprise Software.  

• Proven success winning new enterprise business and managing complex sales cycles.  

• Experience engaging executive and technical stakeholders within large retail organizations.  

• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and business case development skills.  

• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, or similar.
