We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to spearhead our growth in Poland.

At Nimblr, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our Security awareness trainings, helping businesses stay one step ahead of evolving cyber threats. You own the full sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, and closing deals—while building strong, lasting relationships across the market.

As part of our small, ambitious team in Poland, you will enjoy autonomy in shaping your market while getting full backing from our Baltic and Nordic departments. Key Responsibilities🗝️

• Identify and target new business opportunities, building a pipeline of qualified leads

• Establish strong relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored cybersecurity solutions

• Present and demonstrate Nimblr’s products and services to potential customers, clearly communicating the value proposition

• Manage all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact to negotiations and deal closure

What we are looking for🔍

• 3+ years of experience in IT SaaS sales, preferably within cybersecurity

• Fluency in Polish is essential, with strong communication skills in English

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment

• Experience using CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus)

• Confidently takes initiative on outbound calls to potential customers

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Nice to have➕

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent

• Strong technical understanding or ability to quickly grasp technical concepts

• Existing network in the IT industry in Poland
