Summary of the position:

The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales organization’s effectiveness. You will be responsible for equipping the sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell our products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of sales processes. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product management teams to ensure alignment and drive sales effectiveness.

This role reports to the Sales Enablement Manager and offers a flexible work arrangement Remote.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Sales Library & Content Management: Lead the strategy and maintenance of the Internal Sales Portal/Library. You will curate, tag, and organize all sales collateral, Technical Documents, Drawings, and Product Manuals to ensure "single-source-of-truth" access for the field.
• Product Management Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers to translate high-level Product Line Strategy, Roadmaps, and Global Market Requirements into digestible, sales-ready content and playbooks.
• GTM & Launch Readiness: Lead the sales execution of Product Launches. This includes participation in NPD launch teams in order to provide sales input prior to launch and working with Product Management team to develop needed sales collateral, including competitive "Battlecards" derived from Portfolio and Competitive Analysis.
• Content Creation: Work with Product Management to transform raw technical specs into compelling Sales Success Stories, Case Studies, and Value-Based Presentations.
• Commercial Excellence: Enable the sales team on Pricing Strategy and Margin Excellence, ensuring reps can effectively defend price and articulate ROI in complex industrial environments.
• Training & Certification: Design and deliver Sales Training curriculum, from onboarding through level 3 content/certification. Also, ensure the sales team is proficient in using CRM, dashboards, and sales enablement technologies (e.g., Showpad).
• Voice of the Field: Facilitate the feedback loop between the field and the factory, providing Voice of Customer (VoC) and Voice of Distributor insights to the Innovation / Product Management teams.
• Metrics & Analytics: Track and report key enablement metrics such as content utilization within the library, training effectiveness, and sales productivity.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering. MBA is a plus.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales enablement, Sales training, Sales process, Marketing, Sales support or a related role- in a manufacturing or industrial equipment company, preferably within the compressed air industry.
• Industrial knowledge of Air Compressor, Air Treatment and Systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools, development and implementation.
• Experience building sales tools, playbooks, training and certification programs.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to create and deliver effective training programs.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Creative and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Sandler sales methodology preferred.
