Dataminr is hiring for an experienced regional sales leader who will lead a combined team of Federal and Enterprise sellers. They will spearhead the sales of our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to a combination of PUBSEC and enterprise accounts in the Eastern US. They will be tasked with growing an account base of both existing and new.

This role is remote and based in any major city on the East Coast of the US.

The opportunity

• Develop strong vision and understanding of Dataminr's US FED and enterprise business and strategic goals
• Plan, implement, and execute on sales strategy, leveraging market knowledge and experience to convey product value proposition and positioning
• Motivate, develop, and drive a team of sellers and cultivate a performance-based culture built on providing value to public sector organizations
• Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key prospective customers and organizational leaders
• Lead client mission and operational processes, identifying ways to integrate Dataminr into our clients' workflows and recommending best practices
• Coach sellers through complex sales and taking a consultative approach to selling

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of proven enterprise software/SaaS sales experience with at least 4 years of experience leading teams selling to and directly supporting FED and enterprise accounts
• Knowledge of cyber security sales a plus,
• Extensive experience successfully selling into complex public sector entities with a strong track record of negotiation and closing with a deep understanding of sales process and business drivers for public sector clients
• Proven success as a sales leader in high-growth technology companies
• Proven experience of successfully driving cybersecurity growth

The annual on-target earnings (OTE) for this position are $279,200 - $410,000, which consists of the annual base salary and annual commission target for the role. You will also be eligible to receive Company equity. Actual OTE will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
