Altruix is seeking an experienced Sales Director - Business Development that will be responsible for driving strategic growth for Altruix by building relationships with individual prescriber offices and promoting the adoption of our specialized behavioral health pharmacy services. You’ll spend your time in the field, meeting face-to-face with psychiatrists, behavioral health providers, and clinic staff. To expand Altruix’s footprint one relationship at a time and ensure more individuals have access to medication support they need.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Growth & Relationship Development:

• Identify and cultivate leads among prescriber offices, behavioral health clinics, and related provider networks 

• Focus on individual prescriber offices and single-site behavioral health clinics, building a high volume of relationships across an assigned territory 

• Drive strategic growth by promoting Altruix's services to expand our presence across behavioral health and SUD markets 

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prescribers and clinic staff through regular in-person visits 

• Attend conferences and industry events to maintain existing relationships, generate new leads, and represent Altruix within the provider community 

Account Implementation & Support:

• Serve as the liaison between Altruix and provider offices throughout the onboarding process 

• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff from the initial sale to ongoing account support 

• Monitor volume monthly for provider office, engaging when needed 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or higher 
• 2+ years of Senior Manager/Supervisor level experience

• 2+ years of business development or sales experience
• Must live within a 50-mile radius of market 

• Solid presentation and selling skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with healthcare providers 

• Strong organizational and customer service skills 

• Ability to travel regularly within assigned territory 

• Experience in specialty pharmacy 

• Experience selling into the behavioral health or SUD markets 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as HubSpot 

• Demonstrated ability to establish and sustain long-term provider relationships
