Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will help generate new business opportunities by identifying potential customers, engaging with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline.

You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to research target markets, reach out to potential customers, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with prospective clients. Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers and target accounts.

• Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs and fit.

• Schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM systems.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and lead generation activities.

• Track outreach performance and provide feedback to improve sales processes.

• Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and company solutions.

• Support continuous improvement of sales outreach strategies.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or a related field.

• Strong interest in B2B sales and technology solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to research, identify opportunities, and engage with potential customers.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working toward goals.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with sales outreach, lead generation, or customer support.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.

• Interest in SaaS, healthcare technology, or B2B software solutions.

• Understanding of sales funnels and qualification processes.

Compensation

OTE (base + commission) $60K – $85K depending on experience and qualifications.
