We are hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative to fuel our next phase of growth. SDR Profiles

We are hiring two complementary SDR roles: 

1. Signal-Driven SDR

You turn marketing and intent signals into qualified sales meetings. Working closely with our marketing and sales teams, you will be the engine that converts top-of-funnel interest into real pipeline. This role is ideal for a high-energy grad with sharp written and verbal communication and the drive to own a number.

What you'll do:

• Monitor and act on inbound marketing and intent signals to identify high-potential prospects.

• Run thoughtful, personalized outbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn.

• Qualify prospects and book meetings for our account executives.

• Partner with marketing to sharpen messaging and feedback loops.

• Keep CRM data clean and pipeline activity well documented.

2. Event & Community Representation SDR

You represent Oleria in the real world — at local events, industry conferences, and within our growing US community. You will generate and qualify leads from those engagements and help build community and brand presence from the ground up. This role is ideal for a personable, organized grad who is energized by face-to-face networking and brand-building.

What you'll do:

• Represent Oleria at local meetups, industry conferences, and field events.

• Generate, capture, and qualify leads from in-person and community engagements.

• Help plan and run events that grow Oleria's brand and community presence.

• Build and nurture relationships with prospects, customers, and community members.

• Coordinate closely with marketing and sales on follow-up and pipeline handoff.

• High energy, strong communication skills, and genuine curiosity about people and problems.

• Coachability and a growth mindset — you want to learn the craft of sales.

• Organization and follow-through; you do what you say you'll do.

• Interest in technology, cybersecurity, or startups is a plus, not a requirement.

\n$60,000 - $60,000 a yearThis role is also eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on achievement of pre-established sales goals. The on target earnings offered for this role is $85,000 including base salary and commission. \n
