What You’ll Do

• Hunt and Self-Generate: Proactively prospect and build pipeline through high-volume outbound outreach. You won't sit around waiting for inbound leads—you take control of your activity and lead volume.
• Master Creative Prospecting: Combine traditional outbound channels (cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn) with bold, non-traditional outreach methods to stand out and gain attention.
• Book Meetings & Resolve Objections: Seamlessly address initial prospect hesitation, reframe objections into curiosity, and turn "not interested" or “send me an email” into booked discovery meetings with zero fear of rejection.
• Maintain CRM & Pipeline Hygiene: Track outreach, lead statuses, and key account details within our modern tech stack to ensure smooth team collaboration and consistent follow-ups.

What We Need

• Hunger & Drive: Entry-level to 2 years of experience in sales, outbound prospecting, or customer-facing roles with a proven desire to launch a high-growth career in B2B SaaS sales.

The Perks

• Target Compensation: $16 per hour base wage (30 hours per week) + performance-based variable commission, bringing On-Target Earnings (OTE) to $68,000 annually.
