Job Description
This role supports an active outbound motion end to end, from prospecting and engagement through reply management, so the founding team can stay focused on strategy and client delivery.
Tasks
Outreach Execution
- Send and manage DMs across LinkedIn and other outbound channels
- Engage with prospects through LinkedIn comments to build visibility ahead of outreach
- Support list building and light prospect research as needed
Reply & Conversation Management
- Monitor and respond to cold outreach replies in a timely, on-brand way
- Flag and escalate high-intent replies for the founder/sales lead to take over
- Keep conversation threads organized so nothing falls through the cracks
CRM & Follow-Up
- Log reply status, notes, and next steps in the CRM
- Schedule and coordinate calls booked from replies
- Follow up on threads that go quiet to keep pipeline moving
Requirements
Ideal Background
- Prior experience in sales development, outbound execution, or lead qualification
- Comfortable with CRM tools and fast-paced reply management
- Strong written communication, replies reflect on the brand directly
