Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
Track record of strong automotive sales performance (preferred).
Proven experience delivering world-class customer experience in a high-volume retail environment.
Ability to successfully guide customers as they navigate the sales process.
Excellent communication skills and a strong amount of emotional intelligence.

Dana, our owner, is originally from Paintsville,Ky. He moved to Lexington,Ky in 1969 to attend college. His Mercedes-Benz career began in 1971 on a part time basis. By the early '80's he was a key contributor in running James Motor Co. In 1987 he was given the opportunity of a lifetime to own and operate a Mercedes-Benz dealership in Cincinnati.
Dana is unique in the fact he learned the car business from the Service side. Most car dealers have a Sales background. Service has always been a point of emphasis at Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati.
Dana has also created a work environment for his employees that rewards commitment. He has 10 employees with experience from 15-23 years. He understands that good people are what makes a business successful.
