The ideal candidate will assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process by providing product knowledge, answering questions, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

· Assist customers in selecting vehicles that best fit their needs and budget

· Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance capabilities

· Maintain strong product knowledge of current and upcoming vehicle models

· Build positive relationships with customers to create a professional sales experience

· Complete and process sales-related paperwork accurately and efficiently

· Ensure proper handling and protection of sensitive customer and financial information

· Follow dealership policies, compliance standards, and confidentiality procedures

· Communicate effectively with management, finance departments, and service teams

· Maintain showroom appearance and vehicle presentation standards

· Meet individual and team sales goals
