What You'll Do
- Build relationships with guests and create an exceptional experience
- Drive memberships, upgrades, and product and service sales
- Earn base hourly pay + uncapped commissions by hitting and exceeding sales goals
- Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs
- Deliver high-energy, engaging guest service
- Work as a team to crush daily and monthly goals
- Keep your store clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Learn, grow, and develop your sales skills
