What You'll Do

Welcome customers and create an exceptional first impression.
Build relationships by understanding customer needs, preferences, and budget.
Present new and pre-owned vehicles and conduct professional demonstrations and test drives.
Follow up with customers through phone, text, email, and CRM tools.
Develop your own customer base through referrals, networking, and repeat business.
Maintain consistent CRM activity and follow-up.
Stay knowledgeable about CDJR products, technology, features, incentives, and inventory.
Work with Sales Managers and Finance Managers to guide customers through the entire buying process.
Deliver vehicles and ensure customers understand their new purchase.
Consistently work toward and exceed individual sales goals.
Represent The Hanania Way with professionalism, integrity, energy, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

QualificationsWho We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are hungry, motivated, coachable, and ready to win.

Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Sales experience in retail, hospitality, telecommunications, real estate, or another customer-facing industry is a plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confident, outgoing personality.
Competitive mindset and desire to earn.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, computers, and CRM technology.
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.
