Role Overview New Covenant Media Group LLC is seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to expand our client base and drive revenue. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle business development—generating your own leads, prospecting target accounts, and closing deals across our entire suite of media services.
There is no ceiling on your earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your performance through an uncapped commission structure, complemented by lucrative year-end bonuses for top performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively source, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and referral channels.
- Client Acquisition: Build and nurture a robust pipeline of custom clients interested in any of the media services listed on our website.
- Solution Selling: Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospective client needs and pitch tailored media service packages that align with their business goals.
- Account Closing: Present proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close agreements to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with acquired clients to encourage account retention, upsells, and cross-selling of additional services.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales, media sales, digital marketing sales, or business development.
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate leads and build a pipeline from scratch.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- High degree of self-motivation, accountability, and entrepreneurial drive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
