💼 Position Details:

• Job Type: Part-time (~30-35 hours/week)
• Pay: $15/hour + Commission on Membership Sales

🔥 What You’ll Do:

• Greet every member and guest with energy, enthusiasm, and a warm smile
• Own the front desk—answer phones, check in clients, and create a welcoming environment
• Lead new guests on studio tours and introduce them to the Orangetheory experience
• Work closely with coaches to ensure first-timers feel supported and confident
• Sell memberships that align with our mission of health, strength, and community
• Follow up with leads and prospects to inspire them to take the next step
• Handle member inquiries and concerns with care, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset
• Participate in local marketing and outreach events to grow our member base
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring studio space

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
