Summary of Position  

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing customers with a unique shopping experience. Utilizing effective selling techniques and providing in-depth product knowledge.  

Key Responsibilities 

1. Process accurate and efficient sales and return transactions. 
2. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge by constant training and learning through existing and new resources to maximize the customer experience. 
3. Support sales team as needed towards the achievement of store goals.
4. Assist in maintaining visual directives and standards, including merchandise presentation, product replenishment, display set up, and housekeeping.
5. Consistently working towards achieving established store and individual sales and performance goals. 
6. Provide outstanding and consistent customer service, making product recommendations, and gathering customer information to support continued engagement.
7. Outreach or clientele, via phone call or email, Invicta Stores related information regarding promotions, new products, or special events to increase sales.
8. Follow all safety and security guidelines according to company standard, adhering to policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Included but not limited to alarm activation/deactivation, bank deposits, general security guidelines, opening and closing procedures, and completion of the store's daily business.
9. Perform other retail sales-related duties as assigned by managers.

Qualifications & Skills 

• Prior retail experience preferred. 
• Basic computer skills are required. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance being essential.
