Perspire Sauna Studio – River North
Part-Time | Opportunity for Increased Hours

Perspire Sauna Studio River North is now open, and we are growing our team.

We are looking for positive, confident, sales-driven team members who genuinely enjoy connecting with people, creating a welcoming guest experience, and helping others build consistent wellness routines.

This is more than a front desk position. It is a member service and sales role inside an upscale wellness studio where professionalism, energy, reliability, and accountability matter.

This position will begin part-time, with the opportunity to earn additional hours, potentially up to full-time, based on demonstrated reliability, performance, availability, and studio needs. We are currently hiring across multiple shifts, with weekday opening availability especially valued.

Studio Operating Hours

• Monday through Friday: 07:00–21:00
• Saturday and Sunday: 08:00–20:00

Availability for weekday opening shifts, evenings, and weekends is strongly preferred.

• Sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with new guests

• The ability to stay organized, focused, and calm in a fast-paced environment
• A results-oriented mindset and willingness to receive coaching
• Consistent availability and the ability to reliably commute to scheduled shifts

What You’ll Be Doing

• Confidently presenting and selling memberships, packages, and wellness services
• Educating guests on infrared sauna, red light therapy, and the value of a consistent wellness routine
• Providing studio tours for new guests
• Helping convert first-time visitors into long-term members
• Following up with leads and guests through our CRM
• Booking reservations and follow-up appointments
• Welcoming members and creating a relaxed, professional studio experience
• Answering questions about services, memberships, and studio policies
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready studio
• Turning over sauna suites between appointments
• Supporting towel organization, linen flow, and general studio operations
