What You’ll Do
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals and store sales targets
- Provide a full-service experience to every customer
- Accurately complete all point-of-sale transactions
- Maintain store and stockroom organization and appearance
- Follow all operational and loss prevention policies
- Stay informed on current fashion trends and product knowledge
- Communicate store needs and updates to management
- Complete required training and uphold Bikinibird core values
