We’re looking for an energetic, positive, and outgoing Sales Associate who enjoys connecting with people and wants to help others reach their fitness goals. You’ll be one of the first people our members and guests meet, so having a friendly personality and the ability to make people feel welcome is important.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting members and guests and creating a welcoming studio experience
• Answering questions about Orangetheory, memberships, classes, and pricing
• Introducing potential members to the Orangetheory concept
• Giving studio tours and helping guests feel comfortable before their first workout
• Working with coaches to support new guests during their first Orangetheory workout
• Following up with potential members and helping them take the next step
• Selling memberships and helping the studio reach its goals
• Participating in local marketing and community outreach events
• Helping keep the front desk and studio clean, organized, and welcoming
• Building relationships with members and becoming part of the OTF Newtown community

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable talking with new people and building relationships
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
• Comfortable discussing memberships and asking for the sale
• Team-oriented attitude
• Availability for some evening and weekend shifts

Previous sales or fitness experience is helpful, but not required. We’re looking for someone with the right personality, attitude, and willingness to learn.
