Sales Assistant Intern

Sacramento, CA | Part Time Internship

COMPENSATION RANGE: 20.00 - 23.00

Summary

We
are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant Intern to join our
dynamic sales team. This internship is designed for college students interested
in gaining hands-on experience in media, advertising, and sales. The ideal
candidate is tech-savvy, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to real
client campaigns while developing professional skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client materials
• Conduct research on market trends, industries, and potential clients
• Help manage and update customer information using CRM systems
• Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes and follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign execution across digital and traditional platforms
• Learn to analyze client needs and contribute ideas for marketing solutions
• Provide general administrative and project support to the sales team

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university (preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field)
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in sales, media, advertising, or digital marketing
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a Part Time internship. Actual schedule and hours may vary.

Reports directly to SVP
