The Opportunity

• Sales advisor: Should have experience working with companies like Live Nation, AEG, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, StubHub or similar live events management companies

We are seeking a Senior, relationship-led Industry Advisor with deep expertise across the Live Entertainment and Events ecosystem, including concert promoters, event organizers, ticketing platforms, venue operators, arenas, stadiums, and entertainment companies.

The advisor will support GTM and business development efforts by opening executive relationships, identifying qualified business opportunities, providing market intelligence, and helping position Data, AI, Analytics, Digital Operations, and Technology capabilities for high-value transformation initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

Business Development Support

•  Leverage existing executive relationships to introduce the organization to prospective clients and decision-makers. 
•  Facilitate C-level and VP-level conversations with business, technology, data, marketing, revenue, and operations leaders. 
•  Support account planning, whitespace identification, and market-entry strategies across priority Live Entertainment accounts. 
•  Identify transformation initiatives where the organization can create measurable business value. 
•  Participate in customer meetings, executive briefings, and opportunity-shaping discussions. 

Industry Advisory

Provide insights on:

•  Live event operations and operating model transformation. 
•  Ticketing strategy, audience analytics, and demand forecasting. 
•  Fan engagement, loyalty, and customer experience transformation. 
•  Sponsorship measurement and revenue optimization. 
•  Venue operations, workforce planning, and service optimization. 
•  AI, GenAI, data modernization, and analytics adoption in entertainment organizations. 

Opportunity Development

Help identify opportunities related to:

•  Customer Data Platforms and unified customer views. 
•  Data modernization, cloud migration, and analytics enablement. 
•  AI, GenAI, and automation-led business transformation. 
•  Marketing analytics, personalization, and campaign effectiveness. 
•  Customer service and digital operations transformation. 
•  Finance, accounting, and revenue operations transformation. 
•  Revenue growth analytics, pricing optimization, and demand forecasting. 

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Live Entertainment, concert promotion, events, venue operations, ticketing, entertainment media, or adjacent sectors. 
•  Proven ability to engage senior executives and translate industry priorities into actionable business opportunities. 
•  Strong understanding of the Live Entertainment and Events ecosystem.

•  Ability to support opportunity shaping, executive messaging, and business value articulation. 
•  Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.

Engagement Structure

• Engagement Duration: 3 months, with potential extension based on performance and business needs. 
• Rate: $120/hour. 
• Minimum Commitment: 100–140 hours. 
• Availability: At least 10 hours per week. 
• Work Arrangement: Remote. 
• Reporting: Sales Team. 
• Scope: Support the end-to-end sales cycle through SOW signing.
