Compensation & Schedule

💰 Pay Rate: $60/hr
⏱️ Overtime: Available based on project schedule
🏨 Per Diem: None (Local Only)
🎯 Completion Bonus: $150/month
💵 Pay Frequency: Weekly
⏰ Schedule: Monday-Saturday | Approximately 48 Hours/Week

Required Qualifications

✔ OSHA 500 or OSHA 510 Certification
✔ Current First Aid/CPR Certification
✔ Minimum 2+ years of crane safety experience
✔ Experience supporting active commercial construction projects
✔ Knowledge of crane operations, rigging practices, and lift planning
✔ Strong field safety presence and hazard recognition skills

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ NCCCO Rigging Certification
⭐ Crane Institute of America Certification or equivalent
⭐ Crawler Crane Experience
⭐ Procore Proficiency
⭐ Commercial or multi-story building construction experience
⭐ CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide daily field safety oversight for construction and crane-related operations
• Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
• Monitor crane activities, rigging operations, material handling, and critical lifts
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
• Review lift plans, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and pre-task planning activities
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements
• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
• Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel
• Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, and subcontractors
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project
