About the Role

As a Part-time Safety & Security Advisor, you will be the backbone of our campus community. Your day-to-day work goes far beyond basic enforcement. You will actively support, mentor, and inspire students to build self-respect, accountability, and the confidence they need to succeed in the real world. This is your chance to directly influence the lives of young adults during defining moments in their journeys.

What You’ll Do

Create a Safe Haven: Maintain a highly secure, structured, and welcoming living environment for students at our center.
