🚨 NOW HIRING: SAFETY MANAGER | SPRING HILL, TN | START ASAP 🚨
Roof tear-off down to deck at an active manufacturing facility. Fall protection is the whole game here. If you have run roofing work and know how to keep a crew tied off, protected, and productive, this one is yours.
📍 Location: Spring Hill, TN
💵 Rate: $47 - $51/hr (1099)
🗓️ Duration: 2 - 3 months
⏰ Schedule: Mon-Sun, 56 hours/week
🏭 Scope: Roof removal to deck, active GM manufacturing plant
🚫 Per Diem: Not available on this project
WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
✅ Daily site inspections, JHAs, and toolbox talks
✅ Fall protection oversight: leading edge work, guardrails, warning lines, tie-off compliance
✅ Hot work, LOTO, and roof debris/material handling controls
✅ Incident investigation, near-miss reporting, and corrective action
✅ Protecting production below while work happens overhead
✅ OSHA compliance documentation and client-facing reporting
WHAT YOU NEED:
🔹 OSHA 30 (current)
🔹 Hands-on roofing project safety experience
🔹 Comfortable running safety on an active manufacturing site
🔹 Available to start immediately
