💰 Pay Rate: $56/hr
🏨 Per Diem: $125/Day (7 Days Per Week)
🎯 Completion Bonus: $150/month
💵 Pay Frequency: Weekly
⏰ Schedule: 60 Hours Per Week | Monday-Saturday | 1st Shift
📈 Additional Schedule Details: Overtime is built into the schedule and candidates should be prepared to maintain a strong field presence throughout active roofing operations.

The Construction Safety Manager will maintain a strong field presence while working directly with roofing crews, subcontractors, supervision, and project leadership to identify hazards, maintain compliance, and support the safe execution of roofing installation activities, material staging, roof access operations, elevated work, and ongoing construction activities.

Required Qualifications

✔ CHST, ASP, CSP, or Higher BCSP Credential Required
✔ Minimum 3+ Years of Construction Safety Experience
✔ Previous Roofing Installation Experience Required
✔ OSHA 30 Construction Certification
✔ Current First Aid/CPR Certification

Preferred Qualifications

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide daily field safety oversight for commercial roofing installation activities
• Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
• Monitor roofing activities, material handling operations, and elevated work
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements
• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
• Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel
• Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, and subcontractors
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project
