Safety Manager | Graham, TX

Responsibilities

HazTek is seeking an experienced Safety Manager in Graham, TX to oversee safety operations on a data center construction project. This role is critical in ensuring OSHA compliance, implementing best safety practices, and fostering a culture where every worker goes home safe.

• Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA compliance
• Conduct daily safety meetings
• Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
• Daily safety audits and inspections
• Oversee all subcontractors and contractors
• Oversee Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years direct construction safety with experience on a data center and or mission critcal build required
• Owner's Representative (Owner's Rep) experience highly preferred
• Degree in a safety related field preferred
• OSHA 510 and or 500 a plus
• Advanced knowledge of construction safety standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required 
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills

$105,000 - $130,000
