Compensation & Schedule

💰 Pay Rate: $46/hr
🏨 Per Diem: None
🎯 Completion Bonus: $150/month
💵 Pay Frequency: Weekly
⏰ Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 5x10s + 8 Hours on Saturday
📈 Additional Schedule Details: Overtime built into the schedule with approximately 58 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

✔ OSHA 30 Construction Certification
✔ Minimum 2+ Years of Construction Safety Experience Preferred
✔ Experience conducting field audits, inspections, observations, and hazard assessments
✔ Strong working knowledge of OSHA Construction Standards
✔ Ability to maintain a visible field presence on active construction sites

Preferred Qualifications

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide daily field safety oversight for electrical construction activities
• Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
• Monitor conduit installation, electrical wiring, material handling operations, and elevated work activities
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements
• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
• Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel
• Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, and subcontractors
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project
