Safety Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.- Assist in the preparation of safety reports, presentations, and training materials.- Maintain safety records, logs, and databases to ensure compliance with safety regulations.- Schedule and coordinate safety meetings, training sessions, and audits.- Respond to inquiries related to safety policies and procedures.- Assist in the development and distribution of safety communications and materials.- Support the safety team with various projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent. - OSHA 30 required- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a safety or compliance setting.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. FOR REMOTE PROJECTS. MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL. Pay $20-22 per hour. $525 per week per diem
