Rufus E. Payne - Enrichment Staff

 Essential Functions:  

· Creates and implements daily
enrichment activity lesson plans.  

· Supervises the children and engages
them in activities.  

· Monitors student's performance.  

· Assists students with homework
assignments and tutors during academic time.  

· Enhances enrichment and recreational
activities by coordinating with the teachers on the Project Based Learning.  

· Helps with special projects,
handouts, passing out snacks, cleaning all areas and making copies.  

· Assists in escorting students to the
bus loading area and making sure that all students are on the bus.  

· Attends required trainings.   

· Commits to Positive Youth
Development Asset building.  

· Assists in completing a
self-assessment on the program.  

· Supports family involvement
activities as needed.  

· Attends field trips with home group.
 

· Communicates daily with the Site
Coordinator/Lead Teacher.  

· Works with janitors and students to
assure that room is in good order at the end of the evening and is ready for
the next day's school.  

· Follows school board policies.  

· Performs any other duties as
assigned by the Project Manager
