Route Cleaning Associate (Floater)

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Route Cleaning Associate to join our growing team. This position requires traveling to various client locations to provide professional janitorial services. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Employees may also have the opportunity to assist in other departments, including Concierge Services, based on business needs, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various client sites throughout the assigned service area.
• Perform general cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, break rooms, common areas, and other commercial spaces.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize designated areas.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Restock cleaning supplies and paper products.
• Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning protocols.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards to management.
• Provide coverage in other departments, including Concierge Services and other support roles, as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support company operations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness to travel to various work sites.
• Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to cross-train and provide coverage in other departments, including Concierge Services.
• Previous commercial cleaning or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
