StudioRes by Marriott Mesa is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to Marriott brand standards and hotel procedures.
• Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms and kitchen areas.
• Replenish guest amenities, towels, linens, and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items promptly.
• Ensure guest rooms, hallways, and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Follow all safety, security, and infection-control procedures.
• Work efficiently and independently while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests and team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout an entire shift.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent guest service.
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
