Position Summary

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic New Grad Associates to join the team at Coalfire!  In this entry-level role, you will gain hands-on technical experience in cybersecurity, while contributing to real-world projects and making an impact. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for cybersecurity and a desire to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Most of our employees are working remotely, however, depending on your preference and location in proximity to one of our offices, this role can be a remote or hybrid position if you would like.

We are targeting students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.

We are looking for passionate professionals with the academic and practical experience, along with the drive, acumen, and aptitude, to support our Division Hex – Pen Testing team.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct network, web, mobile application penetration testing, code reviews, social engineering, red team engagements, and physical security assessments.
• Conduct security assessments on a wide variety of technologies and implementations.
• Advise clients on technical security or compliance activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, quality management, sales and other delivery team members to drive customer satisfaction and meet project deliverables.
• Contribute to the Coalfire Division Hex Penetration Testing Team overall success by helping the team to meet various business objectives and metrics.

\n$63,000 - $105,000 a yearThe salary range listed is a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role based on national salary averages. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications and other factors. You may also be eligible to participate in annual incentive, commission, and/or recognition programs. \n
