Robotic Equipment Deployment Specialist

Rinvio is hiring a Robotic Equipment Deployment Specialist for hands-on field work with autonomous construction equipment and advanced jobsite technology.

Pay: $115,000-$125,000/year, based on experience

Location: Irving, TX area; candidates should live within reasonable distance of a major airport

Schedule: Heavy weekly travel to project sites; schedule may vary by deployment and site needs

Type: Full-Time W-2

Responsibilities:

- Deploy, operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic/autonomous construction equipment

- Support field setup, calibration, sensor adjustment, component checks, and equipment readiness

- Coordinate with operators, site teams, technical support, and project stakeholders

- Identify and document field issues, equipment failures, and practical improvement opportunities

- Help maintain safe deployment practices and professional jobsite standards

- Represent Rinvio well while supporting travel-based field projects

Requirements:

- Heavy equipment, construction, field service, machinery, robotics, or autonomous equipment experience

- 5+ years of hands-on repair, maintenance, operation, or field troubleshooting experience preferred

- Comfort working with mechanical systems, electronics, sensors, diagnostics, and tools

- Clear professional communication with operators, site teams, customers, and technical teams

- Willingness to travel weekly across the U.S.

- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to lift up to 60 lbs

- Welding, fabrication, hydraulics, soldering, electrical, GPS/machine control, or construction tech experience is a plus
