RN Weekend Supervisor

Are you an experienced RN looking for a flexible leadership opportunity without committing to every weekend?
Cypress at Lake Providence is hiring a Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support every other weekend.
Flexible Weekend Schedule
- Every other weekend
- Work 8.5 hours each weekend
- Create your own schedule based on your availability
- Hours can be scheduled anytime between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM
- Great opportunity for an RN looking for additional hours, leadership experience, or a flexible weekend role
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff
- Monitor resident care and respond to changes in condition
- Provide guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Ensure nursing services are delivered according to established standards
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
- Assist with clinical decision-making and address weekend concerns
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote compliance with facility policies, regulations, and nursing standards
- Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the nursing team
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Louisiana RN license
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable and able to work independently
