What You'll Do

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you'll provide compassionate, skilled nursing care under a physician-directed plan of care while empowering patients and families to achieve their health goals.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering skilled nursing services in patients’ homes
Performing comprehensive assessments and identifying holistic healthcare needs
Developing individualized plans of care with measurable outcomes
Educating patients and families to support informed healthcare decisions
Managing symptoms, pain control, and ongoing clinical needs
Collaborating with patients, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
Advocating for patient rights and promoting independence whenever possible

What You'll Bring

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maine
Minimum of one year of recent clinical nursing experience
Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
Home Health or Community Health Nursing certification encouraged
