Matrix Home Care has several openings for RN for SOC/Visits in North Port, FL and the surrounding areas : Monday - Friday and Weekends as Needed. Visits include Start of Care Assessments Wound Care/ Medication Management and Infusions. Private Duty,LTC,Commercial Insurance and Work Comp Patients. We are hiring Start of Care and Visit nurses

Requirements
Must have prior Home Care in Home Visit Experience and at least 1 year of Nursing Experience
Valid FL Registered Nursing License
EVV- Kantime Software
Spanish Speaking a plus
