Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem

Hospice House Nursing (Danvers & Lincoln)

$64/hour/ 32 hours/month commitment

Make Every Moment Matter

Care Dimensions is seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care at both our Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers and Care Dimensions Hospice House in Lincoln. This unique role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced interdisciplinary teams in beautiful hospice house settings while providing exceptional end-of-life care to patients and families.

As a Hospice House RN, you will provide skilled nursing care, symptom management, and compassionate support to patients and families. Working closely with physicians, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, and other team members, you will help ensure comfort, dignity, and peace throughout the end-of-life journey.

What You'll Bring

Required

• Current Massachusetts RN license in good standing
• Professional nursing experience
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to respond to the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of patients and families
• Willingness to work at both the Danvers and Lincoln Hospice House locations

Preferred

• Experience in hospice, palliative care, acute care, oncology, critical care, medical-surgical, or skilled nursing settings

The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position.  Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following:  education, training, relevant experience and work location.  There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post.  Care Dimensions also offers a comprehensive benefits package – including employer-sponsored health insurance, paid time-off, tuition reimbursement, student loan paydown, supplemental insurance options and more – which adds to the company’s generous total rewards package.    

Pay Range$64—$64 USD
