Summary
The Registered Nurse will provide exceptional emergency care in a Trauma Level IV department, performing complex assessments and interventions for patients of all ages. They will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of providers and support staff to ensure optimal patient safety and outcomes.
Job Description
75% FTE, 8/12 hour evening/night shifts between the hours of 3:00pm - 7:30am including every other weekend and a holiday rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI.
Pay:
Additional components of compensation may include:

Shift differentials: $4/hour evening, $5/hour night and $4.25/hour weekend differential as applicable for hours worked

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
Work Experience
- 6 months of RN experience Required
- 1 year of ICU, Critical Care, or Emergency Department experience with adult and/or pediatric populations Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact Upon Hire Required
- CPR certification Upon Hire Required
- ACLS within 6 months Required
- PALS within 6 months Required
- TNCC Preferred
- ENPC Preferred
