 What You’ll Lead
As the RN Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our Residential/Nursing Program. You will:
•    Coordinate and oversee DSC’s nursing services within the residential program
•    Partner with the Director of Residential Services to develop, implement, and elevate the Nursing Program
•    Support, coach, and guide staff to deliver exceptional care
•    Bring your energy, leadership, and compassion to a team that values all three

What You Bring
•    Current, unrestricted Illinois RN license
•    Ability to complete RN Trainer requirements within six months
•    Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
•    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
•    Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
•    Physical ability to meet job requirements (I.e. - perform CPR, lift up to 50 lbs)

Your Schedule
•    Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with some flexibility necessary
•    No scheduled on-call — ENJOY YOUR EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS!
What We Offer You
•    $77,000 – 85,000 per year 
•    Grant-funded retention bonuses up to 2 payments for a maximum of $1,600 per fiscal year!  (depending on when in the grant year you are hired)
