Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) – Assistive Care

Looking for a leadership opportunity that offers flexibility? BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) to join our Philadelphia, PA Assistive Care office.

This is a part-time management opportunity with just 2 days per week in the office, giving you the flexibility to balance your professional goals with your personal life. Field visits throughout Philadelphia are completed as needed during the week, allowing you to have flexibility in how you structure your schedule.

If you’re an experienced RN looking to step into leadership without committing to a traditional full-time management schedule, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate field staff to provide exceptional care
• Visit adult clients throughout Philadelphia and conduct clinical assessments
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their execution
• Supervise Home Health Aides and CNA staff in the field
• Facilitate new-hire orientation
• Provide training, education, and in-services for field employees
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to your team

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting and developing a field-based team
